Data protection breaches blog launched

Nicely linking into Deryck's previous post and comment that data protection is now a matter of public interest, information security company Trusted Toolkit has launched BreachBlog. This blog, which launched in November 2007, brings headline details of data protection breaches from around the world, and names the organisations responsible. It includes details of the number of people effected by each breach.

Thanks to the ever-watchful Canadian Privacy Blog for spotting this.

We'll be adding a permanent link to BreachBlog on IMPACT.
