An interesting post from Martin Rosenbaum on the BBC Freedom of Information Blog reports that the Home Office is the public authority with the most FOIA complaints upheld against it by the Information Commissioner's Office. Two authorities at the heart of power, the House of Commons and the Cabinet Office, come in joint second place, with 11 complaints upheld each.
