An well-spotted story about UK SMEs Challenging UK-IPO's Policy on Patentability Of CIIs.. (computer implemented inventions) picked up by Axel Horn in Germany:

I don't entirely trust this one. The hearing is not on the diary and I have no idea what decision is being appealed. Does anyone have any more information? Is the UK-IPO really refusing all computer program claims now?
