Patent Monkey

I recently came upon a new free patent search tool at www.PatentMonkey.com which claims to be the only free patent search tool that includes patent status information on every page. In theory this makes it  useful for those of you who don't have access to a subscription service.  The European Patent Office's Espace does of course show patent status information but it isn't always up to date and the information does not appear on every page. Time will tell as to the accuracy of the status information shown on this new site, but being a free service it's a welcome addition to the IP toolkit.

Patent Monkey also have an interesting blog page attached to the site called the Infinite Monkey Theorem Blog which gives US biased information about patents in a news style.
