I wrote the other day about recording phone calls. As is to emphasise the point, in the last week or so there have been quite a few items in the press covering the conviction and sentence to 4 months in jail of Clive Goodman, the former Royal editor of the News of the World, for intercepting phone calls. There has been quite a lot of coverage of this some I'm just going to point to a few sources:
- Guardian Unlimited blog item and also Guardian Unlimited main story
- Press Gazette
- The Independent
GeekLawyer posted a comment on my article the other day and this has confirmed my gut feeling that it was a bit "light" perhaps so I'm going to revise it more fully.
