Journalist Jailed for phone tapping

I wrote the other day about recording phone calls. As is to emphasise the point, in the last week or so there have been quite a few items in the press covering the conviction and sentence to 4 months in jail of Clive Goodman, the former Royal editor of the News of the World, for intercepting phone calls. There has been quite a lot of coverage of this some I'm just going to point to a few sources:
