I wrote back in December 2006 about the ICO's RSS feeds. The problem was that they were coming through as "October 2006", "November 2006" rather than as new decision notices were being published.
I noticed earlier in the week that things seemed to have changed and that the feed was now producing cases as they get published. I wondered if this was deliberate thing or a fluke so I phone the ICO's press office this week and spoke to the helpful Helen. She said that she'd go off and find out and came back to me today. The news is that the change is as a result of a request the ICO put into its web developers a number of weeks ago that has been implemented.
